K Beauty: Cosrx Products I Love

If you are at all familiar with the Kbeauty or Korean vlogger community these days, chances are that you’ve heard a few people mention a brand called Cosrx.

Last year at about this time my acne was at it’s all time worst and I was determined figure out a solution before spring/summer/the-crappy-air-quality hit again.

Anyway I say that to say I have invested a lot of time, and money to be fair, into finding what works for my skin. And so if I talk about some product on here its ONLY because I actually use it and think that it’s worth highlighting.

The first product I want to talk about are the One Step Moisture Up Pads.

When I tried this out for the first time I immediately noticed a difference specifically in how glowy my skin stayed even after I’d put my foundation on. The formula is incredibly hydrating but also contains something that is super effective in locking that moisture in.

The little cup is filled to the top with pads that are drenched so even when you get down the last one it’s still full of product. Each pad has a smooth and a rough side that are good for getting any last little bit of makeup off that your cleanser might have missed.

I use these every morning right after I cleanse my face. And even after I’ve applied my foundation I can still see the dewy-ness. I’ve gone through one of these and I’m on my second now. Because there are so many pads in the package it feels like it last’s forever.

Next is the AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner.

This guy is the most recent addition for me. I originally bought it because I was looking for a toner to try the “7 Skin Method,” where you basically apply a toner or essence 7 times, that was popular here in Korea recently.

And because the cleanser I use at night can be a little harsh if my skin is in a not so good condition, I wanted to go for something that would help restore my skins natural Ph level after a potentially stripping cleanser.

When I tried this toner in only one layer with a cotton pad as suggested, I found that the results were hardly noticeable. But now when I use it, I apply the it several times in a row and can immediately notice my skin looking more supple and my pores are noticeably smaller.

I usually use this at night just because I have the most time to use a bunch of layers of it then but it’s good for anytime in your beauty routine!

And the last product is the Low Ph Good Morning Gel Cleanser.

I have been using this cleanser every single morning for a looooooong time now. I love that it’s super gentle and so it’s perfect for cleansing my face in the morning because I don’t need to remove any makeup.

There’s not a ton to say about this other than it’s very gentle, it smells super refreshing, it seems to last forever, and every person I know who has used it loved it!

So that’s it for my little Cosrx product post.

I know that these sort of beauty related things are probably not for everyone but it’s something that I do actually spend a lot of time learning about so I figured it might be interesting for some of you guys too!

Let me know if you’ve tried out any of these products and what you thought about them!!

Thanks as always for reading!

  1. I’ll have to try the moisture up pads! My favorite are from the IMVELY (VELY VELY) brand but it’s quite hard to buy outside of Korea for a reasonable price so I’ve been trying to find a cheaper dupe ❤

      1. Yeeees, mainly lesser known brands. Or well lesser known in terms of like here in the US. IMVELY is a big luxury brand in Korea but no 3rd party shops have picked them up yet TT Luckily Cosrx is all over the place here so the prices are still reasonable.
