Hello!
I’m an American currently living and teaching in South Korea and hoping to document as much of it as possible.
The name “Hours and Miles” comes from my realization that between myself and the entire rest of the world there exist only a few hows and many miles. I hope to cross as many of those miles as I can and discover just how big and beautiful this world is. And just how much of it I still do not understand.
Countries visited:
North America: USA, Canada
South America: Peru
Europe: Italy, France, England, Scotland
Asia: Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong

Such an interesting life – teaching abroad. David and I are thinking about this for the future – after our retirement.

Well that’s us. I already teach physics to doctors here and there, but also have a physics education website, and public speak on it. So maybe this is for me. I’ll think about it.
